The quality department seeks to ensure the implementation of ISO9001 quality standards in all departments of the facility, set quality control objectives and work to achieve them, monitor production processes, update quality management systems QMS, and cooperate with work teams in order to increase the extent of customer satisfaction by continuing to develop and improve quality products

The SMT Department consists of 4 production lines, each of which consists of machines for printing tin paste on printed circuits, advanced machines for growing micro-surface electronic elements SMD at a speed of up to 42 thousand elements per hour, and thermal furnaces for melting tin and soldering electronic elements in a clean and elaborate way In addition to machines for checking electronic circuits by optical method after assembly

The THT department consists of machines for planting electronic elements with THT metal legs in an axial or vertical radial manner, in addition to machines for cutting bushes and arranging electronic elements

The manual department consists of production lines for planting electronic elements of relatively large sizes such as transformers, coolers and signal inputs, in addition to a thermal oven that contains a crucible for melting tin and forming a tin wave for welding electronic elements in electronic circuits automatically

The panel assembly department consists of two production lines to assemble the layers of screens with lighting rulers to form the backlight system for the screen, with the open cell or screen crystal that forms the basic material within any screen. That affect the work of sensitive electronic elements within the screen

The cable department consists of special presses for pressing the metal ends with cables of various sizes, in addition to assembling the jacks for each cable. Each cable is then examined and tested with precise tools and devices before being sent to the final production department.

The final assembly department consists of production lines for small TVs from 18 inches to 43 inches and large TVs from 50 inches to 75 inches. In addition to production lines for computers, vertical fans, electronic chargers, and energy-saving LED lamps
